Lovely stay
Great location, safe area, nice room with ice cold aircon. Responsive host, allowed us to store our luggage before hand. Level 2 of the building.
I would send instructions for check in through booking.com before the person arrives as we didn’t have internet and didn’t get instructions until after we figured out where to go.

What would you highlight about Piazza Cavour Suite
An excellent no-frills place to stay in Rome.
We stayed for four nights at Piazza Cavour Suite and found it excellent for us. There was a washing machine for communal use which was great, also a microwave. The room was spacious and comfortable but not glamorous. Wonderful old building with a lovely marble staircase and a quaint antique but functional lift. The location, just across the river from the city, suited us very well as we could walk to attractions like the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Just around the corner there were buses that went into the city and to the Vatican. The sightseeing bus stopped just across the river so we could walk home from that stop. Restaurants and a convenience store nearby.
We had a little difficulty accessing the building on first arriving. You needed an access code which was sent by Whats App message on the day of arrival. As we were flying from Australia that day the message didn't arrive. A phone call to the owner sorted the problem out.

A lovely Roman Holiday experience.
The location was great, there were many restaurants and cafés in the same vicinity. The main tourist attractions were also close by, some were walking distance. The bus stop was in the same neighborhood too. It was very convenient to move around. The staff were friendly, host was available for queries too. Overall it was a great experience.

Comfy clean rooms in a perfect location that was quiet.
Did not realise it was not a hotel with reception. It is self check in.
